Things I drew outside.

A collection of sketches from far and away.

After years of neglecting my pens, pencils, and other perfectly good art supplies, I picked them back up and started paying attention again.

These sketches are little reminders from the places that made me pause — gardens, edges, plants, shadows, views, and other bits of the outside world quietly showing off. I started reaching for my sketchbook whenever something felt beautiful, odd, peaceful, or worth remembering.

I hope you find joy in these small moments — and maybe a little room to exhale, too.

Our Approach

I believe a great landscape should feel a little bit wild, a little bit well-behaved, and provide respite from your daily grind.

My approach to landscape architecture lives in that delicious tension between native, untamed beauty and a clean, intentional edge — because honestly, don’t we all live somewhere between wanting to run barefoot through a meadow and needing the junk drawer to close?

After putting my pencil down for nearly 10 years, I’ve picked it back up and started drawing again. I’m paying attention to the spaces and places that feel like living art — the ones that make you slow down, look twice, and remember that nature has been showing off long before we started arranging patio furniture.

Through Neighbor, I create landscapes that bring beauty, joy, peace, and a little everyday wonder. Spaces where native plants can thrive, people can exhale, and real life can loosen its grip for a while.
